I use suave clarifying shampoo as well. I too find that it is less drying than sulfate free shampoos. Sulfate free shampoos will dry out my hair and leave it really tangled.

Curls need hydration as well as moisture. Try tresseme naturals conditioner it leaves my curls hydrated and soft. Love it. It cleans my hair very well. It will bubble up in my hands.

Not sure about the oils in the pudding the the Jane Carter cream is light and you can use it everyday. It's a bit pricey definitely worth the price.

I cowash with tresemme naturals condition or Suave tropical coconut. I use la looks wet look gel. I've used the sport gel, but didn't like it. Never could get a gel cast with the sport gel.
