I found that a sulfate-free shampoo once in a while works just fine- it's just a hair routine! No need to feel guilty. :)

I love Jessicurl's Gentle lather Shampoo.

I like RR- it's a good product! It's light hold and non-crunchy. If you do end up with some crunch, it scrunches out. I've used it on it's own, but in the summer I've been pairing it with CC.

I don't hate Deva, but I definaltly get better results with Jessicurl. Deva is too heavy and builds up on me. I've never had a problem with Jessicurl and I haven't really wanted to try new products...

I'm glad your problem is solved! If you're interested, Suave Professionals Volumizing is a good gel and it's $3. It will get the crunchiness, but it scrunches out easily. :)

I've been very happy with Jessicurl products! My stylers have lasted over a month and I still have a 1/3 of my bottles left.
