Unfortunately it seems that there is no one that specializes in Curly hair in London. There's a place on Albert Street where one of the stylists told me he does curly hair BUT he said he cuts it...

I usually go to the Devachan in the city but now that the one in White Plains is open, I wouldn't mind giving a stylist there a try......it's so much closer to me.

I agree that you do need a lot of hold...especially with the bike thing. Although I'm not sure if your hair gets frizzy just because of biking or possibly it's dry also....
