Why is the top of my head always super frizzy????? What can I use to stop it? My hair is between a 2c and 3a I think.

I seen all natural soap bars, do you use them? And does anybody use the treseme clarifying poo? I saw it at Wal-Mart last night but it does have a sulfate I think.
