Yea, tremendously. :) I also used my mousse instead of gel and I have pretty curls and volume. Maybe a tiny bit more frizz now that I slept on it but that is worth it to me to have the volume...

Day 9 of CG for me... hair is greasy feeling so quick++

if you want a hair type, I would say 3b. It curls straight from the root down. My hair felt blah at the back of my scalp right after my shower even though I thoroughly co washed my whole scalp...

Thanks, yes, I have lots of root curl that is getting it's way back to spirals. :) I may try just the biggest ponytail I can find and put it all back w/o looping the ponytail.

I co washed on day one, after my last sulfate shampoo to remove cones.

I was kinda silly and worried about over clumping though that has *never* been a problem for me one time before, lol.
