I use Fudge detox deep cleansing shampoo. Its great for my fine hair when i have build up; no silicones but lots of sulfate of course. I find it does leave my hair quite soft.

I have the spray gel and am not too impressed so far. It makes my hair feel kind of icky but I haven't had a chance to really try it. But I can tell you its no miracle product, at least for my hair.
