I would put lots of oil in your hair before swimming. This will keep the (salt) water out of your hair. Afterwards you can wash it out with co-wash or low poo and condition your hair.

Does someone know a good gel for high dewpoints? I use CJ pattern pusha right now, and altough I like it, it doesn't give me enough frizz control in high dewpoints (or should I just use more?).
