You are pregnant now? And you have shedding now? You need a diagnosis, what did the dermatologist diagnose even if he failed to treat it? Maybe call up and have a member of staff check your notes....

I think the coconut cowash works really good it doesn't have any sulfates or silicones and it helps prevent buildup in my hair between shampoos.

And steamers are different from just applying heat...

I don't know too much bc I'm still learning myself how to properly take care of my hair but I suffered from extreme dry hair too and I noticed the only things that seemed to help are steam treatments...

Last time I was checked my OB told me I was border line anemic so my iron levels are pretty low. The only vitamins I've been taking are prenatal vitamins due to pregnancy.
