Do people with soley 4b hair have a curl pattern?

If they do, what is the difference from them and 4a? What about 4c?

Hair types confuse me....

I thought 4a were tiny little coils. And I thought 4b hair was undefined and cotton like hair....

No I meant the hair that is growing in, my new growth, is growing in feeling really damaged. I use absolutely no heat in my hear. That is what the hair feels like. It feels damaged, wiry and hard.
