How often does she do them, by the way? I'm 3c/4a but have been considering getting into Henna treatments since my hair gets so dry and crunchy between washing it. (even with deep conditioning, etc)

I'm a "Duster". I trim a centimeter or so off of my hair every other month or so. Makes a difference! But even when I relaxed, I cut my own hair. mostly because I was poor.
