I find I need to up the protein when the dews rise, and use lighter conditioners than in drier winter weather. There's more moisture in the air, so I can get away with less moisture in my products...

Cowashing will only remove water soluble silicones. Sulfate free shampoos that contain Cocamidopropyl Betaine or Cocobetaine will remove all silicones, water soluble or not.
