Yes! Stress and depression alone can cause hair loss, dryness, or oiliness. I suffer from anxiety and depression and when I am having a flare up that lasts longer than a week my hair shows!

I have found the only true way to reduce volume...

I have found the only true way to reduce volume is to find a good stylist who knows how to dry cut curls. Thinning will just cause frizzies, but a carve and slice will work with your curls.
