I shampoo 2 - 3 days a week. Right now I'm using something by Pantene, and Aussie's Moist Conditioner to condition. I find using shampoo gives me better looking curls.

I do mine at night. I can never wake up in the morning and do my hair. I just twist it and clip it to my head when I sleep. I sleep on my side, so the clip doesn't bug me at all. :)

I've only used the gel, and have found that I needed to layer it with a different gel to get acceptable results. Itr eally depends on your hair. :) If you have waves, perhaps the mousse will work...

I guess it all depends on what your trying to acheive. If you want to reduce frizz, add volume, enhance waves... etc.

I went with curling iron curls, mainly because the lady who did my hair when it was in it's natural state did an awful job....
