i had an asymetrical cut

It was great-had it a few years-alicia Keys rocks a nice one now and its not as severe as it used to be - now they gradually cut the one side so it not even as nocticeable that one side is cut...

Yes, by the 3rd day my hair roots start to get sore. I think its from sensitive scalp and the oil that builds up in the 3 days after straightening. Mine gets itchy too. That's why I have to wet it...

sometimes I rather have some frizz than no body and texture. I dont like when my hair looks too "producty" and close to my head. I live in NY too. If we can survive with our hair here, we can survive...

Same here

I have very similar hair and same haircut as your photo-inverted bob.The curl creme almost acts like an emolient because the gel is so drying so it keep it weight down and not flyaway sorta.

Hi,

I use less product and try a leave in-it doesnt have to be heavy. A spray in will do. Other than that, we have to live with it-we cant change the seasons!
