I use Suave Naturals to co-wash my hair without adding anything to them. Once I finish and I'm ready to add my LI I mix some EVOO or vitamin E oil in that one. I focus on my ends with the oils just to make sure my ends have extra protection, I do put oil on the shaft, just not as much to avoid any type of build up on my hair shaft. This works really great. My hair always feel very soft and even looks shiny.

This is about the same for me. I really don't add anything to the Suave Natural Tropical Coconut. I have in the past though but just olive oil or grape seed oil. I actually just like it on it's own. It's a good co-washer. But yeah.. I always follow up with a leave in as well.

I like to keep a lot of my products separate and do them in very small batches if I am mixing anything. Just enough for one application because I don't want anything to go bad or be rancid. So when I make it.. like a homemade protein pack.. I will just make enough for that one application and use it the same day/evening.

Any sort of leave in that I make with extra stuff added.. I just make it in a small travel spray bottle..that way it's not sitting around for very long because I will have used it within the week. I am a little paranoid about bacterial germs and things.. so I really like to keep things separate.

I have a separate bottles and jars for just about everything just to be on the safe side.

Hey!
I do use Suave or VO5 and yes,I always add some ingredients. My favourites are honey, chamomile (as I want to lighten my hair - go back to natural hair colour),rosemary "tea" and SAO. There will be no bacterial naughtiness ,as honey and chamomile are natural disinfectants. I definitely need a richer conditioner (my hair is overprocessed, can't wait to cut down the very dry ends),but I can't afford an expensive natural very moisturizing deep conditioner. Sad,but at least I learn how to make my own

Talking Suave Naturals And Vo5 Sale!!!!

BTW everyone.. if you live near an Acme Supermarket.. they are having a 10 for $10.00 sale on Suave shampoos and conditioners.. INCLUDING the Suave Naturals Line. And you can mix and match!!!

Also the VO5's are onl 89 cents there.. Snatch them up ladies while the getting is good.

I went in there last week and got 10 Suave Naturals Conditioners and went in there just tonight and got 10 more! I feel like I made out like a bandit! Tomorrow I am going BACK for the VO5's.. cause I just gotta have 'em!

They also had a sale on ummm what's that stuff .. Moisture Maniac ? I don't use that but I saw they had it one sale and a lot of other products from the line that sells Moisture Manic...I think it's called Bedhead or something ?

Anyway... I hope this sale is going on in ALL the Acme's!!!!
