Shescentit.com >> Nice Products/Service
I know many are on product overload, but I just wanted to mention this etailer. I ordered 3 products from her during a sale last year, and have had them in my rotation along with my favorites where they've held their own. She ships quickly, too.
Today I clarified with my DW, then used her Avocado Conditioner as a rinse out and leave-in (only a small amount). I then applied some Nadia for Seyani Hair Butter. I used a small amount of BRHG for hold over top. My hair turned out really nice-light, defined, bouncy curls, no frizz-actually kind of silky. The conditioner detangles and moisturizes very well with a nice, clean fragrance (and is inexpensive to boot!), and the butter is extremely moisturizing while being very light and non-greasy. I chose the Vanilla Almond fragrance which is yummy! I get similar results from the DM Cocoa Hemp Buttercream, but this is an airy, whipped texture. I also have used and really like the Banana Brulee Moisturizing Deep Conditioner. It works as well as AOHR and Hairveda's Sitranilla for me, and smells wonderful. I'm just amazed at how the butter especially absorbs right into my hair. Good stuff .
Avocado Conditioner:Avocado Oil, Vitamin E, Grape seed oil, Castor Oil, Glycerin, cetyl alcohol, Coconut oil, citric acid, Germaben, Aqua, Stearalkonium Chloride (plant derived), phosphoric acid, fragrance, color.
Seyani Butter:Unrefined Shea Butter, Coconut oil, Avocado Oil, Grape seed oil, Glycerine, Sorbitan Oleate, Hydrolyzed wheat protein, soya bean oil, kiwi oil, macadamia nut oil, panthenol, rosemary oil, sweet almond oil, eucalyptus oil, Aqua, Keratin, fragrance.
Banana Brulee:Water (infused with Aloe, essential extracts of Cinnamon, Black willow bark, Roman Chamomile, Rose hip seed) Cetyl alcohol, Bananas, Emulsifying wax, Castor oil, Vegetable glycerin, Coconut oil, Avocado oil, Honey, Hydrolyzed cotton seed protein, Cocoa Butter, Sweet almond oil, Babassu oil, Silk amino acids, Panthenol, Silica, Germall plus.

I have the following and love them:
Avocado Conditioner--smells good, not real keen on the green but whatever--long as it works! This does a great job moisturizing without being overly heavy
Banana Brulee--quite nice and mine smells like banana's! It doesn't smell fake to me which is kind of cool. I don't have to use very much.
Gillian hair butter--this is really very good. It is not oily and does leave your hair silky but not greasy. I used it today on my daughter's 3rd day hair and it worked like a charm. We have the sugar cookie scent which is also good. Definitely a repurchase. I haven't tried it on my hair yet but I really am very impressed on my daughter's hair. Especially since the Afroveda butters for us were a complete bust (except the curly custard for me)--they seemed to almost coat her hair and it didn't last for several days because it seemed greasy and producty after about 2 days. I love the smell of them but they just don't work as well for us. While the Gillian butter looks exactly the same as the afroveda it performed far better. Great product!

sorry to be a wet blanket but her products did nothing for my 4a ultra dry hair. I think her products are for finer softer textured hair.

lovestosamba -- please don't say that you're being a wet blanket. I love to hear opinions like this, because my hair is fine and softer textured and sometimes I feel like I'm in the minority. Its really hard to find products for my hair type. So I'm glad you posted your opinion

My hair is very easily weighed down!! Weak wave pattern
Currently using : Mastey Pure for Fine Hair, DoC HG!!!! AOMM,
ATVG = Artec Textureline Volume Gel (seriously this stuff has saved my life)
The only oil my hair digs is coconut.

I love the leave ins. They are HG status for me. The hair butters are great, too.

100% agree!
Me too. I think I put my on your other post kam. I too loved the leave-in--volume, body, great curls, and soft and silky but NOT the kind that pulls out curls! Very very impressed!

I think it has a cone so I have not.
I do plan on getting some of the other conditioners that I haven't tried like the grapefruit herbal one, orange one and the green tea one. I want to try the scalp spritz and the avocado pre poo as well.
She does have some cones in her products so I'm going to be careful of those. We shampoo so we can get them out but my hair does not like cones of any kind--except for if I want straight hair--I don't need a flat iron just cones!

I got my stuff from her and DM on Friday. I'm going to try them out tomorrow. I want to try her coconut leave-in too.

Oh goodness, the PJ has awakened. That Avocado Conditioner's ingredients look so good, and as long as that green color stays in the conditioner, it just makes it even cooler!
