I had to read this book for a class. It is a bit boring in the beginning, but it does get interesting near the middle of the book. Hang in there!

Honestly? I love this book. The beginning can be a little bit slow I think, I've read it too many times to really remember my impression of it.

It's definitely worth reading.

I love teaching TKAM. Hang in there: it's very worth it. By the end I've had 25 riveted 17 year-olds who are disappointed that it's over.

This is one of my all-time favorite books, but if you get really really bored, it is one of the rare times you can watch the movie instead.
And the movie is as good -- if not better -- than the book.

This is undoubtedly one of the best novels I have ever read (and I've read it more than once). The movie is pretty true to the book, also.

I think it's worth reading, though I don't find it anywhere near as good as most people seem to. I really believe the movie has a lot to do with how people perceive the book, since it is a great movie.

I read this in school too and I remember thinking there was no way I was going to get through it but man was a wrong. I loved this story. Finish it I think it'll be worth it in the end even if it's not your cup of tea.

I'm re-reading it, actually. The last time I read it was in middle school, so I thought I might have a better appreciation for it now.

I love this book. It does start off a little slow, but it gets much better. It's a wonderful book.

Oh I absolutely adore To Kill A Mockingbird!! Admittedly it might feel a bit longwinded in the very beginning but after a while you won't be able to put if down. I've read it at least 5 times and still love it... Love the movie with Gregory Peck too btw...

I want to read it again after seeing the movie Infamous (about Truman Capote and Harper Lee).
