Default The First Official StruttsWife Road Show *UPDATED w/ PICS*

I still can't quite believe I am actually going to do this...but I finally have plans to do my first "road show"

A friend of Marni (mrfhnl) who lives in the Lake Worth, FL area contacted me a while back and asked if I would consider traveling to their area to do some hair if she could get enough people together, which I thought sounded like fun. I was honored when she told me she was able to generate more than enough interest, so it looks like I will be heading southwest for a day-long curly cut and curly hair education fest on August 9.

The absolutely, positively best part is that it looks like Marni will be flying down from Michigan for the festivities, which is the icing on the cake as far as I'm concerned.

What fun, huh? And yes...we will be taking lots of pictures!

What a wonderful opportunity! You never know where this will lead...more people confident about their curls, permanent venue on a local TV station, talk shows, curly hair column in national newspapers...

Have fun, and be sure to tell us about it in your blog.

I'm hopeful that you'll visit your relatives in the Pittsburgh area someday, lol.

The day trip sounds like fun, and it's great to see the interest you are receiving.

Hmmm... I wonder how many haircuts she'd need to do at each location for her to make enough of a profit to make it worth it. Maybe a tour bus would be better than dealing with all those airports? Oooo..can you imagine what would be on THE Struttswife tourbus? OH! THE PJs in all of us would GO INSANE!
