Name your 3 favorite fast-paced workout songs
My iPod needs feeding. Please help me.
I need some good song ideas for when I walk fast or jog on the treadmill. I don't care how old or new they are. Please feel free to post back if your favorites change. The more ideas the merrier! So if you have more than 3, go for it!
Me (for now): - Stronger - Kanye West
- Poker Face - Lady Gaga
- I Gotta Feeling - Black Eyed Peas
- Love Shack - The B-52's
- I Run for Life -- Melissa Etheridge
- Lean on Me -- Club Nouveau

Ok. I'm not sure it is what you are looking for, but Outkast's B.O.B. (bombs over bagdad) is very upbeat. It makes me want to move when I hear it.
Other songs that make me feel like exercising are 80s songs:
Talking in your sleep
Don't you want me

wow, I don't think I even have 3 favorites. I don't listen to music much lately during my workouts (well accept for those my zumba instructor plays LOL)
I'd say a few that come to mind, just because they are there on my ipod and some I listened to on my last run
Eminem...Shake That
Stevie Wonder...Superstition
Johnny Cash...Get Rhythm
Tone Loc...Funky Cold Medina
From Harold and Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay (Jackie O...P ussy Real Good and Mickey Avalon...My Dick)
I Like to Move It...Madagascar
Sublime...Santaria
Proclaimers...I'm on my way
Digital Underground..Humpty Dance
Outcast...Rosa Parks
sorry, that's obviously more than 3

Like I said, the more the merrier! I'm hoping that the contributions listed here will help more than just little old me.
I love that song from Madagascar! When the movie first came out, the song could only be purchased as part of the whole album, which I wasn't going to do. I'm gonna have to check that one out again to see if it's available as a "single". LOL! Is that term even used anymore?

My absolute favorite workout song is Breaking the Habit by Linkin Park. I could seriously hear that every other song during my workout and not get bored with it.

Great thread! I always like new ideas for songs to add to my gym playlist. Here I thought I was the only one who likes B.O.B. and was original. Well here's a few of mine.
Pitbull- Boom, Shake, Drop (my fave)
LMFAO- I'm in Miami *****
Ying Yang Twins- Shake
Prodigy- Smack my ***** Up
Missy Elliot- Lose Control
Debbie Deb- Lookout Weekend
I just noticed I have two songs with ***** in the title. No offense anyone.
