Affordable stylist in Santa Monica Area...

Hey everybody!

So I've never really had a curly cut before, and have just been cutting my hair myself for the past year or two. I've finally decided to get a real haircut (i desperately need one), and i'm looking for a stylist around the santa monica area...i'm a college student, so i'm on a pretty limited budget.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

Also, i found a salon called byu-ti through this site, and they seem to be giving $25 off on your first visit...has anybody ever been there? would you recommend any stylist there?
