Default Longer Hair... PLEASE HELP

Hey guys. I was wondering if there were any ways to make my curly hair grow faster. It grows about 3 inches per YEAR. Im trying to grow out my hair and its taking foEVA. please help

Do you measure your hair when it is curly, or when it is pulled straight? Curly hair will always appear to grow slower than straight hair, but if you pull it straight and measure it that way, you might find that you are gaining more length than you thought.

Some people take biotin to make their grow faster and be stronger. Do you massage your scalp when you co-wash or wash your hair? The scalp stimulation is supposed to make your hair grow faster.
