Mop C Hydrating Shampoo + Mop C Mixed Greens = Awesome hair!
I just wanted to share.
Many of you know of the hair issues we've had with my daughter. She has mixed hair and a lot of it. It is exceptionally dry. We use a lot of product on her hair so she tends to build up and get a whitish/waxy residue on her scalp.
I read the product reviews for the Mop products (which don't seem to get much love on the boards). I was in a local BSS and found several Mop C products on clearance 50% off which is pretty good for price.
I took a chance and got the Mop C Hydrating shampoo and Mop C Mixed Greens conditioner and I gotta say we are loving it! The MG condish is very low protein (I didn't really see any but it says low protein) and the shampoo is not stripping at all--it does a great job of cleansing without being harsh. We are very happy with the level of moisture in her hair.
I'm not sure I would have bought them w/o the sale. I got the 33oz or so bottles for $14. They are now in my daughter's rotation. She doesn't have a ton of products so this is really a great find for us. There don't seem to be many oils in either that sit on her hair--just a good amount of moisture. The smell aren't that great but they aren't terrible and we can live with it!
So for the Mop C Hydrating shampoo and Mixed Greens conditioner!

I totally agree with your review of Mop C Hydrating Shampoo. It is one of my favorite lowpoos! I haven't really considered trying the MOP Greens conditioner because the oils scared me off but I just might need to give it a try now if it is low protein. I might get away with using it occasionally for a little shot of protein.
Sounds like you got a great deal

Yeah I like the Mop Greens Acidifying Condish a lot, it's in my rotation. It works well for my porous tendencies and love for ACID
The POO never tried. But every single time I've tried a POO with a polyquat of any kind, I hate it. Maybe I absorb too much or something but I've tried it enough times now to stay away from it. Doesn't bother me in my stylers though so go figure...
