Default Confused about ACV... Help!!!

I want to try to do a ACV rinse but I have some genral questions. Can I still do my deep conditioner that day before the ACV (avocado and coconut milk)? Also do I use the ACV before I co-wash of after? As you can see I am just confused in general.

It really depends on what u want to do. The ACV rinse basically closes the hair cuticle so if u want to do it as a pre-poo u can.

Generally, I clarify or co-wash my hair first, add more conditioner to it, and use acv on top of the conditioner. I wait about 5 mins and then I take it out.

I do the same thing when I deep condition. Right before I rince the deep conditioner out, I spray acv on, leave it there for 5 mins, n I rinse it out. Then ill add a leave in after.

Like I said, it depends on you but since its used to lock n moisture, it pretty much stands to reason that you would use it with or after conditioning

ACV rinses are good for clarifying, and "prepping" the hair for conditioners. Some folks use an ACV rinse after conditioning...I don't do that. I do it right after shampooing, to remove any residual buildup on the hairshaft, to allow my conditioner to penetrate better.

...and it's great for my scalp!
