Default Texturizer vs. Relaxer

Can someone please tell me what is the difference between a texurizer and a relaxer? I always thought a texturizer was just a mild relaxer. If someone knows, please let me know. Thanks!!

Playing with my hair is a hobby. Fluffy, fine natural 4a. Goal= Healthy, beautiful hair that retains its length.
