What are the best CHEAP flat irons?

...I'd like not to spend that much...Cheap flat irons that still work? And maybe on wet hair too?

Oh and my hair easily straightens, just takes FOREVER with a blow dryer...

PowerIQ Tourmaline from Sally's. It runs about $35, but I got it on sale for $28.00. I've been using it for about a year and I LOVE it. No major damage and gets my hair sleek and shiny with one pass. I used to be a total flat iron snob- I'd only use expensive ones, but this one made me a believer.

I wouldn't recommend using a flat iron on wet or damp hair- despite what the product says, it's so damaging.

I've had it since I was 14, they've probably updated it since I'm.....20 now. But it's the shiznit. Mines a 1 inch. It was 60 dollars when I bought but The other flat iron I invested in is about 100, so thats pretty cheap for good quality, I haven't gotten rid of it just because I'm pretty sure it works as good as my Sedu. NOT TO mention if you go to walmart RIGHT NOW, and go to the clearance section its probably over there because my SIL bought one because it was on sale for 30 dollars at walmart.
