Which is why it had to be tested in the first place. People were getting sick from this product labeled as formaldehyde free.

Now that Oregon (and perhaps California) OSHA have been alerted, I'm hoping to see the product pulled.

I can't imagine why a rational or reasonably intelligent person would want to receive a service that requires such specific and demanding respiratory precautions.

At what cost, beauty?

Default 10% just doesn't make sense

Until the FDA bans it, I'm not buying into this hype. The BB is one of the weakest keratin treatments out there. Many have reported no fumes at all. While there probably is some formeldahyde in the product, 10% to me, seems to be a gross exaggeration.
