Default my hair is straight..now what?

i just dont understand how you people do it?!
what should i do to protect my hair at night??
and is it okay to restraighten everyday? cause my hair gets constantly frizzy or puff up in some spots and i know restraightening is bad but idk what to do someone help me

I don't use heat, but I do roller sets. I apply coconut oil and wrap it in a scarf at night. My hair doesn't get frizzy or poofy but it's wavy not straight. I can't do straight hair. I hope that helps a little.

it's not ok to straighten everyday. You're going to totally damage your hair if you do. Trust me. Protect your hair at night by wearing a scarf, that seems to work for a a lot of people. Keep straightening to a minimum, you do not even want to be doing it most days of the week - it's still too much. Use a heat protectant when you do your hair like tersemme heat tamer. Try chi silk infusion while straightening your hair. its kind of pricey but it makes your hair sleeker, and maybe you wouldn't feel the need to straighten it as often.
