Default My hair breaks unless I use heat regularly!

I was trying to cut down on my heat usage but I noticed my hair is breaking where the heat damage is if I don't use heat every 2/3 washes.
The heat damaged hair is mostly looser curls with straight ends but it usually doesn't break like it is.
Or maybe its a certain product I'm using because I was trying something new?

Hmmm, i think whats happening is that ur hairs breaking off at the place where the heat damaged hair meets the nondamaged hair. I would try to give that ara extra tlc so deep condtion, protien treatments, and gentle detangling. Also maybe to using a heat protectant on your hair to help the rest of it from becoming damaged.

That could be it since I see the straighter part of the stand breaking off but I also bleached my hair.I've colored my hair lighter before but not with bleach and I don't remember having this problem.I only bleached my hair to medium brown.
