Flat iron temp

Hi! For those that flat iron their hair- at what temperature do you set your flat iron on when you straighten?

Medium. My flat iron has only three settings,low, med, high. So I don't know about the exact temperature

I set mine @ 400 degrees

I like to flat iron at 345. im currently testing out 300 but i am not liking it so far. once upon a time i couldn't even think of flat ironing under 400.

^agreed. Also keep in mind that hair burns at 450 degrees Fahrenheit so be cautious(:

350 is the minimum amount of heat I can use to get straight hair anything lower doesn't get it straight.

+1...using too low of a temp is a waste of time for my hair. I have to use more passes to get it looking nice.

360 degrees on mine the first day, if i need to touch up on day 2 or 3, then around 300 or lower
