Default Flat iron temp

Hi! For those that flat iron their hair- at what temperature do you set your flat iron on when you straighten?

Medium. My flat iron has only three settings, low, med, high. So I don't know about the exact temperature

I like to flat iron at 345. im currently testing out 300 but i am not liking it so far. once upon a time i couldn't even think of flat ironing under 400.

350 is the minimum amount of heat I can use to get straight hair anything lower doesn't get it straight.

+1...using too low of a temp is a waste of time for my hair. I have to use more passes to get it looking nice.

I use around 325, but I've been getting my hair straightened since I was in 6th grade (I'm a senior now), so it's built up tolerance and it straightens easily.

When I used to straighten my hair, I used the highest setting, which was 410 degrees.
