So this is my hair now.

I just got out if the shower and it's pretty curly. But it's towel dried so it's kinda poofy.

Anyways I was wondering if a hair relaxer or texturizer could get rid of my poofy hair but keep my curls?

Your hair is just frizzy. Put some leave in conditioner or alcohol free hair gel while hair is still wet and scrunch it.

I'm a mixed kid, and I guess I basically miss when my hair was short. So I can just wake up an GO. I just don't want to regret cutting it all off so..

And yea but everything I do that my hair shrinks like crazy..
Is that something I'm just gonna have to deal with?

But so basically will a texturizer get rid of the frizz/poof? Like will I actually be able to comb or brush my hair with having a giant fro?

If you're going to keep your long hair, you're most likely going to have to get used to a new routine. For most of us curly/wavy heads washing and go is basically not an option. You should rinsing your conditioner off with cold water to help the frizz and when you get out of the shower put a dollop of conditioner and maybe some hairgel. Don't dry your hair with your towel all crazy like most guys do. Hair is like lace, treat it gently.
