GVP Chi Products

Has anyone tried the GVP Chi products from Sally's?

If so, are they just as good? or knock-offs for a reason?
...2nd day hair??...
...i'm still working on the first day...

I have one and didn't care for it too much. I have never used the chi,so can't say if it works as good.
This didn't happen to me, but a few people i know say that they break easily.
I have a straight iron that i bought as a kiosk in a mall, and it works a lot better then the sallys gvp.
