So....I saw a denman brush at a hair salon in First Canadian Place.....$35.00 WTF!!!
So I picked the Shopper's Drug Mart brand, works just fine.

I find it hard to find places that have good shipping policies. I wanted to buy some stuff from Honey Fig but it's quite pricey (from the American price) and the shipping doesn't make things any better.
I just ordered the Mandarin Jelly on iherb.com and used a $5.00 off coupon. You can use mine: DEY827 The coupon was great but what was also fabulous was the $2.50 shipping to Canada. Wow!! $2.50 for up to $80 of products. That's pretty amazing!

Can Anyone Help Me Out In Toronto, Ontario, Canada?
Hi Everyone...
I have 2A coloured treated hair, that is also causasian and fine textured with a fair amount of hair.
I'm having a very hard time finding shampoos, conditioner, mousse, gels and other styling products!
There's alot of junk out here in Canada, and I would really prefer to order here as well - no offence out to those in the USA, due to duty-fees, and so on!
Can someone also recommend a good hairstylist as well!
Please help...

So glad to have this thread to refer to ...
some good Vancouver (BC) sources:
Whole Foods
their own generic 365+ brand shampoos and conditioners, very reasonable
Aubrey Organics
Avalon Organics
Urban Fare
Giovanni
Aubrey + Avalon Organics
Kiss my face
Naked Naturals
London Drugs
Live Clean shampoos and conditioners, now styling products as well
Burts Bees
Avalon Organics
Giovanni
Rexall
Suave Naturals Coconut Conditioner
Biolage Gelee
Loreal NutriGloss
Choices
many organic brands plus
Beauty without Cruelty
Online, I would LOVE to buy from honeyfig.com but with shipping etc, it is too expensive. I did buy the Mandarin Magic Jelly online at iherb.com (see my $5 off code in my sig). I mix it with Biolage Gelee and love it!!

HoneyFig
I've placed an order with HoneyFig online May 21st (canada), some of the items were on back order and so the delay is understandable. However the product has been on line back in stock for a while. When I have e-mailed (twice) regarding my order, there has been NO response. I find that frustrating as there is no way to track your order until it's actually put into the post. I have just received an e-mail from Canada post today saying it will arrive next week but I've yet to actually hear back from HoneyFig. I have heard good things about this company and so I will see how this order arrives but so far I can only base my opinion on my experience this far. Customer service is everything to me, I hope this is just a one off.

Anyone know where to get expeller-compressed Coconut Oil? I love this stuff! I usually get it at Whole Foods downtown Toronto but would like some place closer to Brampton.

I was getting to the bottom of mine so I put it in a smaller container. I don't know whether it was expeller-compressed but I got it in the Natural Foods section of Superstore think that's Loblaws for you.

Cantu Shea Butter - has anyone found out where to buy it? I've been calling around a couple of places and no one has it. Help? I'm a PJ and I really want to get my hands on this.

I just found this site.I'm happy that canada has an online drugstore. It says that shipping is free anywhere in Canada. It seems that they have the whole line for each product.I'll post it in case you never seen it before:
http://well.ca/brand/index.html?well...21d84dccf4bda3
Edit: they charge %5 GST tax when you get the bill. They don't charge GST on some products.....

Looking for Nexxus Emergencee still
I know this was asked last year but I'm reviving the question because I can't find a CDN retailer or CDN online store that sells this...I'm desperate to get this so if anyone knows anywhere in Toronto that sells it, I'd be really grateful...

I'm not having much luck finding it in Calgary either. I might have to start looking for an alternative

I have both. They are not the same. Denman has wider teeth and gives me nice curls. Shoppers Drug Mart brush has teeth that are much closer together and pulls out your hair easily. I got it on sale for about $4. You get what you pay for.
ETA: I realize now that there are different Denman brushes. Don't remember where I got mine from but it has much wider than the regular.

Honeyfig's got Jamaican Black Castor Oil. iherb.com also carries cold pressed castor oil.
