aussie needs help - cg products in canada

hi ,
my brother is making a trip over to Canada at the end of the month, so I'm trying to get a list together of some cg products that he can bring me back. Cg products are rather hard to find here in Australia .

So could you please suggest your favorites and where you get them? That way I can send him off with detailed instructions

He's going to be staying most of the time in Waterloo, so preferably places close to there.

I'm on the west coast of Canada so I'm not totally familar with what is in the east, however I do know some. I guess it depends on what you're looking for and what you've used. I'm not sure what products you don't get there.
Curl Keeper is a product I've used for a while and it's available in Toronto, the company is called Curly Hair Solutions.
Maybe you could be a bit more specific to which products you might like to try. Can you get the popular KCCC and some of the other curl creme? I've just started using KCCC and Cocoa Curl Creme and am still learning how to use them, finding the right amounts. I ordered mine via the net from Ontario.

What is your hair texture and porosity? Mine is fine and medium texture. That would make it easier to recommend products that are available here.

And as already mentioned, have you seen certain drugstore products you'd like to try? We have most of the Sauve's in Walmart, Zeller's, grocery stores or drugstores. Same thing for Nexxus, L'Oreal Vive Pro Nutri-Gloss (LVPNG) condish, Herbal Essence gels and mousse, Fruit of the Earth Aloe Vera gel (FOTE AVG).

There are also Trade Secret stores in most cities that have Kenra, Biolage and K-pak.

Waterloo isn't awfully far from Toronto so there's a good chance he'll end up in there on a weekend or something. If he does, Curly Hair Institute which sells Curl Keeper and Tweek and Whole Foods which sells KCCC in some stores, are in Toronto.

Save On Foods/Overwaitea is also good for natural products. I found lots of sulfate-free choices there.

I have all my faves listed in my sig, and I bought most of them locally. Everything I use can be found at a health food store, grocery store, or salon. They're all pretty easy to find, except for some of the things I have listed in my 'experimenting with' section. Honeyfig in Toronto has a lot of the more popular products listed on these boards.
