Default Good websites to order from (in Europe)

This week I discovered www.curlychocolate.com (situated in Hamburg-Germany) and the customer service has been really nice so far! I sent them a mail asking about some ingredients on a product and they replied really fast and very politely

I guess that all in all I have exchanged about 10 mails with them, and in one of them I wrote that it really is a pity that they charge so much for shipping - and they made me an amazing offer and were willing to reduce the shipping prices because i ordered a lot.

What are your recomendations (and where are they situated)? I' looking forward for your answers

I a still waiting for my products to arrive, but i have no doubt that shipping will work fine.
But I'll update the post as soon as i receive them and will let you know how long they had me waiting

I'm not used to getting any unpaid goodies so i'm really happy about them. Normally companies will send you exactly what you ordered - so i absolutely wasn't expecting this

I'm definitely gonna stick with them when it comes doen to hairproducts!

Stay away from the (house brand) oils though...
I opened a thread about their grapeseed oil - take a look at it if you'd like

The products are great, but their homemade stuff sucks!

Tell me how it went for you.

Btw, free shipping until the 6.1.2013

Do you also know this shop www.locken-idol.com - Haar-Kosmetik für Locken und Krausköpfe ?
I placed my order to Austria last week and shipping was pretty fast

These stores have quite a selection:

British Curlies Curly Emporium

Hairproducts for Afro and curly hair - buy online - Mariposa Import

I haven´t bought anything from them though, maybe someone else can weigh in...

I've ordered twice from British Curlies Emporium. Shipping is very fast and everything went very smoothly. With their shipping costs (to mainland Europe) it's worth ordering a bit more as there's very little, if any différence with 1 or 5 bottles... All in all, I've been à happy customer.

I ordered from Mariposa twice (I'm a Dutch curly) and the service was nice. Got a quick reply on my question when I sent them an email. Delivery services were really fast (got my order the next day). I do have to say that they weren't as quick the second time due to the owner having health problems at the moment, but usually they ship fast :-)

British Curlies Emporium is a very nice webshop. I ordered from them and I had the products within four days (I live in the Netherlands) and the shipping costs were 12 pounds, but I shared it with my cousins.

I ordered products from British Curlies (Curly Emporium). They arrived quickly (and I got a gift from them too and that gift was really good).
Customer Service is really nice too.

Everything I use is 100% natural. I make most of them myself because then I'm sure what's in it and I'm sure nothing's added, it's pure, it's natural.

Things I avoid: Mineral oil (codename: Baby oil), heat (I'm a total, no hair driers, no straighteners, no curling irons, no flat irons, no hot combs...nada), sodium chloride

Growing plan: At least 6 inches longer in a year.

How much did you pay for shipping, SammySingally? I read that Krullenbol paid 12 pounds. I'm asking because I want to get the Shea Moisture Curling Soufflé, but 12 pounds is quite a lot for a product that doesn't even cost that much on its own.
