anyone?

I got mine from amazon for about 15 but I've also seen them in john lewis for about 20 :) Sounds like a lot for a pillowcase but it's totally made a difference... I'd guess ebay might be cheaper? Good luck!

Is it worth spending more money to get hold of not-polyester satin pillowcase or does it not really make a difference?

hahgiwoofa 02-02-2009 03:10 AM

does it actually make much difference? I've been thinking of getting one but not sure what it'll do for me

I ordered silk fabric from cheapfabrics.co.uk in order to make my own silk pillow cases. Are they really worth using or not :?:

My mom made me some. :-)

Yes, it makes a difference whether you use polyester or silk.

Silk breathes. It's warm in cold weather, and cool in hot weather. It doesn't pull on, or leach moisture out of your hair and skin.

Polyester can be hot and cause you to sweat. It can be overly slippery.

U can get 1 quite reasonable on eBay. Just search satin pillowcase and/or sleep cap.
