Am based in and aound London/Hertford

am really needing a change of hair syle - it resembles a birds nest and is very frizzy at teh mo have a big need to change my syle into funky fresh but still be able to tie back when needed. Who do you recommend?, I was gonna try Saks and have a consultation as its my birthday on Monday and would like it down then. At present I have 2 highlighted pieces of hair at the front.
