chenaj!!! your hair is totally gorgeous!!!!!!11 and your little boys hair too!!!
my daughter used to have corkscrew curls when she was about two and then they started to become spiral curls when her hair was growing, i really loved them on her(she has blonde hair too, so she looked like a little cherub) but now she is 14 years old and straightens her hair to an inch of its life...although she still has a rebelious corkscrew curl about five inches long as a sideburn! really cute!!
p.s...i have the natural curls moisture cream too!! doesnt it smell gorgeous? i love the zesty smell it gives off.

Awwwwww! Thanks for the compliments ladies!!!
Aerohead - one day your little girl will want her curls back! My son used to have a mountanous curly fro ....it was beautiful...but my husband cut it off, said he looked like a girl! Hopefully when he gets older he will see is baby pics and want his curly fro back! LOL!

About length - let me tell u a little story. I have a very good friend, she's from Eritrea in east Africa and has hair like mine (more 4b/c). When she was 11 she was imprissioned for her religious beliefs. She was released when she was 21 and she says that when she left prison her hair had grown to bum length! She did not have locks, just lovely long curly hair.

As you can imagine she could not care for her hair in prision - all she did was apply oil and finger comb daily. She did not have access to fresh water so washing her hair was a luxary when water was available. Anyway the moral of this story is that the less you fiddle with curly hair, the happier it is and the longer it grows - a hairdresser told me that once!

BTW Areohead, yes i love the smell of Natural Curls leave -in. It does a lot more for my hair than i anticipated. It does all the usual stuff, but it also lengthens my curls without me loosing the volume and has a very soft hold. As a matter of fact, i think it adds volume! How does it work for you?
