Default What is the best hairstyle/haircut for thin wavy frizzy hair

I heard that shorter hair looks good on people who have thin hair. But for some reason, short hair makes my face look chubbier. Long hair makes me look slimmer but it makes my hair look stringy. My hair is wavy and a bit curly/thin/frizzy. Right now my longest hair is up to my shoulders and the shortest up to my chin. I also have bangs which was a bad idea cause I can't even straighten them because the flat iron makes my hair fall out. So do blow dryers. I have to clip my bangs back and the layers was a bad idea too cause the longest piece of hair is all thin. I have an oval shaped face and brown hair. Can someone please help me find a good hairstyle or haircut for my type of hair? Thanks

UGH! You could have just told my story with your post. I've been wondering the same thing.

Do you live near a Ouidad salon? I don't really like their products, but the haircut is awesome. They have expanded lately, training people in other parts of the country to do their cut, so check out their webpage to see if there is someone near you.

Hey. I ended up cutting my hair shoulder length and I also got front bangs that go a little below my eye brows. I actually really like how it came out.

I wouldn't recommend the Ouidad cut. I think this works better on thick hair. I got the cut and my hair looks thinner because of it. It's been a year and I'm still trying to grow this mess out.
