Smile Best hairstyle for curly thin hair

Hello everyone, this is my first post!

I'm getting my hair trimmed tomorrow as my hair is very dry and I'm wanting a new hairstyle but I want to keep it long, it's just passed my shoulders at he moment.

Unfortunately due to stress my hair is quite fine. Has anyone got any ideas for best hairstyle to have for thin, curly, dry hair?

Also what products does everyone use on their curly hair?

Thanks girls :-)

I have fine, low density hair, too. IMHO, when you don't have a lot of hair, shorter is better. Because of thyroid issues and a medication I take, I've lost a lot of hair. I've worn my hair in an inverted bob for the last four years and I really like it. When it was shoulder length, it looked "stringy." Now it looks "fuller."

Knowing your hair properties is really the best way to pick identify ingredients/products. Here's a link Live Curly Live Free - Curly Hair Basics Once you determine yours, look for people with hair like yours and see what they use. It's the best place to start.

Kathy I got a somewhat inverted long layered bob but only thing I don't like is that the back tends to look flat. Is your inverted bob "stacked" in shorter layers? My hair is just below chin on sides as I didn't want it too short. I also am on thyroid mes (T4/T3). Also I wish I could use soap bars but assuming with well water it might not be a good idea, currently using Giovanni 50/50 shampoo and Sevi Pumpkin Seed conditioner and Sevi gel mixed with Giovanni gel.

Yes due to recent events my hair fell out quite badly
At the moment I'm trying to thicken it out using products, but its hard to find one that will thicken it out without creating a lot of frizz
I'm also not sure how trustworthy all the hair growth medication stuff/gel is, I'm just trying to eat a lot of protein, does anyone know if its effective?
also its growing back at the roots so i've found myself with a fuller head of hair for the first inch or so of hair, as this gets longer I worry the difference will become more prominent and odd, does anyone have any experience with this sort of thing?
thanks for any answers, i'm pretty clueless (:
