Diffuser For thin hair

Hey curlies

I want to know is it a good idea to use a diffuser for high porosity same parts not too bad but same parts are BAD but I hate how flat my hair looks when wet and it takes soooo long too dry n it drys flat Ewww I haven't used heat in 5 months
I have heat damaged for sure

Sigh idk please help

I have medium to high porosity and I diffuse. I still air dry as well. My hair is really flat when I air dry but scrunching my ends, massaging my roots and shaking fixes that.
