I have very fine thin hair which is just getting thinner now that I'm in menopause. Just wondering if anyone has had any success using hair supplements?

If you're already taking a multivitamin, add Shen Min DHT Blocker, Mt Capra Colostrum & Now Foods NAC(n-Acetyl Cysteine). Make sure your multi has all the B vitamins, including biotin & pantothenic acid.....Give it 90days you should see good results:-)
