Default biotin

biotin is water soluble, if your body has too much it will get rid of it

The shedding part is definitely natural, and everyone's body does react to Biotin differently. Sometimes Biotin will help stimulate new growth of hair and that's where the shedding comes from. Though the shedding can be temporary. I take Biotin and my hair is growing at a good rate, but little shedding involved.

I actually wanted to try that. I would like to know what positive changes you saw as well? I'm curious. Thanks! I'm all about taking everything I need all at once, lol.

How have the fish oil vitamins helped your hair?
Besides Biotin and Fish Oil, are there any other vitamins that promote hair health?
