Help please! my hair wont stay!

Ah where to start. Im 15 and Im mixed with colombian & african american. I have naturally curly hair. Two summers ago I permed it. I dont know what I was thinking. I miss my curls. I shampoo & condition my hair everytime I take a shower. When I get out my hair is pretty and curly but then 10 minutes later, the curls start to dry and soften down. My mother and I have looked for products to keep my hair curly but nothing has worked for me. My hair wont stay and I've turned to the flat iron for help, but that just kills my hair so now Im forbidden to use it and I have to deal with these curls. I used mixed chicks leave in, deep conditioner & shampoo, no luck. Cantu leave in conditioner, no luck. Pantene, Treseme, mousse, hair spray, doesnt work for me! Somebody! Help me please!

Maybe you should not wash your hair everytime you shower! Wash & conditioning once a week is good. You should also consider co washing or pre poo

Maybe you need a protein treatment? I had a friend whose hair was limp and not curling right and I suggested an egg and mayo treatment for her. She tried it and her hair was bouncy and curly again.

Well if your hair is still relaxed, that might be why your hair styles don't last long. You need to grow out the relaxer or big chop. You can try to do braid/twist outs to achieve/enhance curl pattern. Rollers also work great for helping curls last longer
