Hair buddy needed

All my family/friends are relaxed so i get no support in the hair dept. from them, so anyone transitioning im here needing support and advice from someone that can relate to this :lurk:

theres always a ton of people that will support you during this! my transitioning process has practically made me an expert so if you have any questions go ahead and ask mee!

I agree with yOshi. There are so many ladies on here that have been through what you are going through. If you have questions just ask. There is bound to be someone that will help you out. Also check out youtube for style ideas and product reviews. All of this has helped me so far with my transition.

How far along are you in your natural hair journey?

I decided to go natural when I was about 1 month post perm as well. I started off with weekly washing and deep conditioning. I used the products that I used while I was relaxed until I did more research on the products out there. What works for one person may not work for others. Then I chose a transitioning style that doesn't require heat and did that every week.

In the beginning my hair didn't always turn out the way that I wanted but now after 7 months I am able to style my hair with ease and I have even changed some of the products in my regimen to natural products.

Good luck with your journey

Also, we can be buddys. I dont have much advice to give because I'm still going through. I'm 8 months post-relaxer.

as long as we can complain with each other then that would be great! :laughing8:
