Lol, just be patient, you can't rush it! Just think of it this way, your half way to your one year mark so that's something you can look forward to. Also I watched alot of youtube vids while I wash transitioning, I learned a lot of styles and how to manage my hair. This may help you if your struggling w/ styles etc.

yeah, im excited for my one year mark cus at that point my hair will be long enough to put it in a cute french or fishtail braid. most of the transition styles i've seen on youtube cause a lot of breakage to my relaxed hair so i just dry my hair with roller sets and put it in a bun or pony tail or something

Roller sets are always a good go to style. Im trying to do more two strand twist or flat twist styles now, but Im still trying to teach myself how to do neat flat twist. Hopefully I'll get better with my styles.

I am 7 months post relaxer too. We have about the same amount of new growth. I will try to take some pics so that I can post my growth. Want to transition for 2 years but we will see if I have the patience to do it. Good luck with your journey. Your growth looks great.
