Wearing weaves/wigs/extensions while going natural!

I was just wondering, are you still considered natural if your natural hair underneath weaves, wigs, or extensions?

I haven't had a relaxer in 6 years, and no heat for 8 months. I absolutely love big hair so I've been wearing half wigs that blend into my naturally 3c/4a/4b hair. My hair stretched ranges from 10-12 inches (about armpit length), and when wet and shrunken is about 4 to 6 inches (past my ears).

I quit microbraids and may consider doing a partial sew in w/ some BOBRAZ (Bohyme Brazilian) hair, my own hair being cornrowed underneath. Of course I still take care of my own hair underneath while wearing the wigs/extensions.

So all in all:
-Does wearing weaves/wigs/extensions still consider someone a natural?
-Tips on caring for natural hair while maintaining a partial sew-in or halfwig w/ organic products.
