I have been natural for a year and some months. I still have a little bit on relaxed ends but in the back and sides it's all natural. So for the most part my relaxed ends are in the front. I want to do my BC but I'm so scared idk about what though. I debating if I just want to wait till the spring/summer or do it now to get it over with.

If you do the big chop will you be cutting good hair in the back too? Good meaning natural, what your going for? If so, I have a similar dilemma. I desperately want to cut all the straight parts off but that would leave me with a really weird super short edges/all the rest long haired look so I'm trying to experiment with rollers and clipping the front/sides back to blend. Let me know what you decide.

I think I decided to just keep clipping my straight ends and not go right away with my BC. I may or I may not still count my hair this winter but if I don't I may do it this summer. That only depends on my hair growth, not rushing anything though.
