Ladies! I need help. I have been transitioning for a year an have always worn protectives styles. Well now I have about an inch or two relaxed ends and have decided to face my natural hair. I do flat twist outs and by the second day it is a HOT MESS!!

Questions: how can I reduce the friZz? How do I maintain moisture?

How do I care for my hair at night? I tried sleeping in a silk bonnet with it in a pony tail. By morning it's fuzzy and little to no curl left. I have tried to retwist at night but that's really time consuming and it's not dry by morning suggestions???????morning.
