Cool Curl pattern help!

Hi! So after a particularly bad relaxer this past February (which resulted in quite a few burns) I asked myself why I was getting relaxers. I couldn't come up with an answer, so now I'm transitioning to natural and I looooooove my new curls
However, I have NO idea what my curl pattern/texture is, maybe a 4b? I've been getting relaxers since I was about 7 so I don't remember my natural texture. I would just like to know that way I can make transitioning a little easier.

Unfortunately, you can't tell your hair texture while transitioning. Your relaxed ends weigh down your curls. Once the relaxed ends are gone you will then see your texture or textures. Most people have more than one texture.

I totally agree. The front of my head is curlier than the back right quadrant.
